We’ve just completed a successful partner and performance camp with Cervélo Bigla Pro Cycling team. This blog is to show you a little bit into content generation inside a professional cycling team. As the team’s sole content producer, we had a long to-do list.
This included arranging a photoshoot with the athletes to have assets available for media and partners. We’re also producing a video for Cervélo, featuring the new R5 similar to the ones we did with Team Dimension Data. Click here to watch it.
The camp is also an opportunity to get to know each athlete’s individual stories to build their profiles throughout the season. Last year Ashleigh Moolman Pasio and Cecilie Uttrup Ludwig lived an incredible story during the Spring campaign. We’re leveraging that story which you’ll see in the R series video soon.
Another pillar that is important for the team is finding out why partners are involved and how they support the team. Several partners flew in to spend time with the athletes, checking on equipment and receiving feedback from the high-performance athletes. Together with the athletes and the partners, we discover the true story and make sure they leverage their partnership.
